Terms & Conditions of PlayDeRecord.com
Welcome to PlayDeRecord.com. PlayDeRecord.com provides services to you subject to the following terms & conditions. If you visit or shop at PlayDeRecord.com, you accept these terms & conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future PlayDeRecord.com service (e.g. Gift Certificates, discount coupons etc) you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms & conditions applicable to such service, business or individual.  

Your PlayDeRecord.com Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Any credit card payment must be made by the credit card holder only. If you are under 18, you may use PlayDeRecord.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. PlayDeRecord.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Returns Policy
If any product is faulty in any way, you must report it within 3 working days of receiving it, we do quality checks on all our goods before sending them out and can insure that all our goods are sent out with high standards meeting the requirements of our quality control team. Once reported to us, we must receive the goods back within 14 working days of you receiving it in the condition you received it in. Once meeting these terms, we will send you a replacement of the goods you ordered to the specification of your order e.g. if you ordered "Sade" on record, we will replace it with "Sade" on record. In the event of the circumstance of not being able to replace the item, you will be credited with the amount due. We will only credit you with the same payment method you initially paid and if paid by credit card, we will only credit the same card that you paid with. We reserve the right to withdraw crediting you or in special circumstances credit you with gift vouchers if these terms are not met. If a product offered by PlayDeRecord.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Price Pledge
We endeavour to beat or match anyone's advertised price for like records or equipment from any reputable store in Canada. The price must be advertised on a website, press or as stated in a shop. The store must be reputable, having had a history of trading for at least 3 years. The store must be based in Canada and they must have the particular item in stock at the time of enquiry. The item may be checked more than once to insure that the details are correct.

Subscription To Website, Email Listing & Personal Information
When purchasing from PlayDeRecord.com, you are accepting to be put on our newsletter list which consists of regular email's from us detailing new and upcoming product info. You may unsubscribe to this list at anytime simply by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail alerts you receive. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding this.

Delivery Terms
We endeavour to dispatch your ordered item within 2 working days of your order. We use Canada Post for all our deliveries. If you do not receive the items after 14 working days, you may telephone us @ 1-416 586 0380 and we will endeavour to locate your goods and enquire the location and status of them. All items purchased from PlayDeRecord.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Credit Cards & Payments
All our cards accepted are stated on the website, credit card refunds may only be made if the returns policy is satisfied. Your payments are processed using our secure server by Moneris. Any credit card payment must be made by the card holder only.

Pricing & Published Information
We reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time within our site. All our published information is correct at time of print and can be changed at any point. PlayDeRecord.com attempts to be as accurate as possible, however, PlayDeRecord.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PlayDeRecord.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

When you visit PlayDeRecord.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. Tickets & Our Ticket Purchase Policy
Our goal at PlayDeRecord.com is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on PlayDeRecord.com. This Purchase Policy incorporates our Terms of Use by this reference.

Purchase Policy
PlayDeRecord.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues which means PlayDeRecord.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Policies set forth by our clients, such as venues, teams and theatres, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Tickets purchased on PlayDeRecord.com may be subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order handling charge. When purchasing tickets on PlayDeRecord.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This amount is included on the first purchase page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. PlayDeRecord.com aims to post all tickets within 2 working days. If you have a confirmation number for your order, your tickets are likely to be on their way. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us as soon as possible. PlayDeRecord.com only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions. Please note, the handling fee or booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances and the refund will consist of the face value of the ticket.

For information about a purchase you've made contact us, quoting your order number given to you at the conclusion of placing an order. 

New & Used Vinyl
The majority of stock is new however from time to time, we may sell used stock, we quality check all our stock and assure they are  of  high quality and possess no scratches or exterior blemishes that would detract from value of the item. All vinyl items on the website are assumed to be in new or M- condition.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their Web sites. PlayDeRecord.com does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties.
