What is your return policy?:
Exchange only within 7 days.
In store credit is also available.
Software registered with a unique serial key are not returnable.
Issues beyond this time may be covered by the manufacturer warranty. Please remember to submit a copy of your receipt.

Can I hold/reserve tickets?:
No.
How do I pay for tickets?:
Cash only. Tickets are non refundable unless the event has been cancelled.
Can I pay for tickets online:
No, tickets are purchased in-store only.
What tickets are available:
Our full ticket listings are available by clicking "Tickets" under the categories tab to the left.
Is there a separate service charge:
Service charges are included in the listed price.
What does E.B stand for:
E.B tickets are a limited amount of lower priced tickets, the E.B stands for Early Bird.
Why do ticket prices change?:
New batches of tickets are often subject to price adjustments. Price adjustments are determined by the promoters, not Play De Record.
How do I know if a ticket is sold out?:
Sold out tickets are specified or removed from our ticket listings. If you cant find them on our site we ether don't carry them or they are sold out. To verify, feel free to give us a call 416-586-0380.
If Play De Record is soldout of a ticket, can I still get tickets elsewhere?
We are a ticket retailer along with many other establishments. If we are sold out, tickets may still be available at another retailer or at the venue.

The school starts in January 2012

What will you be teaching?:
Ableton, Traktor & Reason to start. As time goes on we'll be adding Protools, Video Editing and Logic to our curriculum

Where can I find the serial key:
Serial keys required to unlock software are usually found in the box on a registration card or written on the sleeve of the installation CD. Pleases read the instructional manual cheerfully as they usually inform you on how to resister the software properly.
How do i know if the software runs on Mac or PC:
90% of software and hardware run on both systems. When in doubt feel free to give us a call as compatibility information is usually written on the box.
Why is there no sound coming from my midi controller:
A midi device does not generate any sound it only sends control information to software running on your computer or another piece of hardware that is designed to generate the sound.

What types of records and CD's do you carry:
We carry all genres except Classical, Gospel, Metal, Country but this is not a hard and fast rule. You can give us a call we may just have or have access to the record you are looking for.
Why are there so few records on your web site, is that all you got ?:
We hare an extremely large selection of records in the store, we are also constantly getting new shipments all the time. Due to constant stock updates we can not update the website fast enough to effectively reflect our current stock. We encourage you to give us a visit and listen to some records or just give us a call at 416-586-0380 and we will tell you if we have it.
